As part of the Insights Discovery experience, the Insights Discovery Personal Profile helps explain how we prefer to think and act. Using that knowledge, individuals can build better relationships, lead people effectively and work more harmoniously and productively in teams.
A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery helps people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace (and at home too).
The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to their team. We call these the colour energies, and it’s the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.
The Personal Profile is at the foundation of our solution and the Insights system.
How it works
You complete an online questionnaire, and based on that, we create an Insights Discovery Personal Profile that’s all about you! It has chapters which can outline:
- Personal style, interaction with others and decision making
- Strengths and weaknesses and value to the team
- Management – how you like to manage and be managed
- Your preferred communication style and barriers to effective comminication
- Creating your ideal working environment
Just as we are all unique as people, every single Insights Discovery Personal Profile is different (and amazingly accurate). The profile can be used as part of team building, leadership development and coaching inititiatives. This powerful profile is versatile and in-depth enough to help individuals through a wide range of issues, changes and growth.
